- Send an email to Onlinemizoram@gmail.com using your registered email address.
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days of confirmation.
- Manual Deletion (Vendors):
- Vendors may also contact our support team to remove store listings, product data, and personal details.
Once deleted:
- Your profile and personal data are permanently erased.
- Transactional data may be retained only for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

We use secure hosting and encryption protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
